Singidunum University and HSS Solutions Ltd signed a cooperation agreement,according to which students of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel management at Singidunum University,under special conditions,would be trained for work on Micros –Fidelio system,the leading system in the field of information systems covering all aspects of hotel operations.After the training course and successfull test passing, students will obtain the certificate Singidunum-Micros Fidelio.The agreement also includes professional practice for students of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management.

The traning course willl be conducted for the following appliacations within "Micros-Fidelio" System:

• FIDELIO SUITE 8
• MICROS
• MATERIALS CONTROL

o   Fidelio Suite 8- an application for hotel management supervision_starting from reservations and Front Desk (reception) up to the most complex reports on hotel management.Fidelio Suite 8 modules are: Customer Relatioonship Management ( CRM), Reservations,Front Desk,Cashiering,Housekeeping,Reporting.

o   Micros- restaurant information system comprises the latest touch- screen hardware technology and Point-of- sale software,back-off applications for full supervision and management of all resources. Micros POS system is efficient,easily utilized and intelligent software solution fot rhe restaurant management.

o   Materials Control- back – office application,complements the integrated information system of the hotels: Purchase (Purchase Management),Warehouse Operations ( Store Management),Manufacturing (Production), Sales Analyses and Operation Reults.
